Teresa Heinz's insider trading scandal
Ever wonder how buzz starts? Where are the leaks seeded in this internet age?
I'm thinking the comment board on Atrios is one place to drop stuff off if you don't want to use Drudge.
I saw this post today:
Wall Street Journal will run headline above the fold on Monday about Teresa Heinz's insider trading scandal that was brushed under the rug by her dead Rethug husband. Ala, Martha Stewart. FYI.

Now I'm going to see who else is talking about this where it is spread and by whom.
Is this a friend of the Kerry's giving them the tip off? Is this Rove's work so the story will break sooner in a less vetted way? Just spreading the rumor is part of the Rove technique. That is the point, raise doubt, start a scramble don't give them time to hit the news cycle with facts to counter the rumors.
They have used this tactic again and again. It falls under the category, "Don't think about the Elephant."
Now should we seed something similar on Free Republic?
FYI
