Well of COURSE Zombies are voting for Bush!

Latest tracking poll from MSNBC (Below is the actual text from the story. As of 5:15 EST it is still up.)

Bush holds a three-point lead over Kerry one week before the Nov. 2 presidential election, according to a Reuters/Zombie poll released on Tuesday.

Bush led Kerry 49-46 percent in the latest three-day national
tracking poll. Bush led Kerry 48-45 percent the day before.

With the campaign winding down, the poll added voters leaning toward either Bush or Kerry into their totals for the first time. That left only about 3 percent of likely voters undecided. If Kerry, as suggested, is looking to undecideds, look again, there may not be enough left, pollster John Zombie said.

Having just seen Shaun of the Dead and with Halloween coming I suppose it makes sense to track the zombie vote. I'm thinking zombie are going to lean Republican. Think about it.

• They don't think for themselves
• All the want to do is consume (in this case, BRAAAINS!)
• They preemptively attack others
• They aren't aware of the issues of the day
• Since they are dead they don't need medical insurance, so why should they pay taxes for non-zombies?

On the other hand maybe the zombies that voted for Mel Carnahan (who defeated John Ashcroft) will try and get out the vote this time for John Kerry. Maybe the zombie vote is too close to call.
