Obviously Dubya is a dinosaur with an overly endowed butt...which just about says it all.
With apologies to Ellroon's eyesight, are you sure that's a dinosaur? How old is the artist (at least 18 I hope)?
The child is 9ish. And I'm sure that it is simply a drawing of the president who looks just like a DINOSAUR.

And remember, names are withheld to protect the innocent. (Wow, that is the first time I can actually say that phrase. I feel like and announcer on Dragnet!)
