Webcam choreography

You know how I love those videos where a bunch of people dance together in public to music? Well this one is an example of people "dancing" together over webcams!

The musical group is Sour. Keep watching, the video gets better.
I've done a bit of video editing so I appreciate how hard it is, but this must have been crazy hard to do.
